Our vision
Firefly Hair Studio was originally founded by Laura in 2018. The Firefly name was inspired by an iconic Sassoon hairstyle from 1978 cut by Vidal Sassoon. At Firefly Hair Studio we have developed an admiration for precision cutting & advanced coloring techniques. Laura and studio partner Melissa have both had extensive training at world renowned Sassoon Academy including Advanced cutting and barbering, Educator courses and more.
They are continually advancing their education and stay on top of current trends and techniques. They believe in expressing yourself through your hair by creating low maintenance & quality looks. They believe in using their knowledge and experience through precision haircutting and advanced color techniques to create something that fits your lifestyle and personality.

Laura is trained and certified by Bellami Hair, offering Sew-in wefts, Tape-in, K-tip and I-tip extensions. Please book a consultation if you’re interested in hair extensions!
