If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. 

Not sure what to book for, or have questions? Consultations are a great way to get an exact quote and breakdown on your services. Consultations are free and can be done in person or over text. 

Cash is preferred but please feel free to use a card, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service, we want to inform you on our updated cancellation policy as of January 2024.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding of the need for this policy.

It's important to note that last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill that time slot with another client, resulting in lost income for out stylists. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting our stylists' time are crucial in maintaining the high level of service we strive to provide. 

Exceptions can be considered based on the nature of the cancellation, and we encourage open communication with our staff in such cases.

For guests who no-show the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services booked. If you cannot make your appointment, we understand things happen! Please give as much notice as possible. To avoid no-show fees we will make sure to send out a remind text/email upon booking as well as 24 hours before your appointment.
